RETURN & EXCHANGE

Items purchased from PynkNylon are eligible for a full refund or exchange if returned within 30 days of purchase. FREE returns are available if a return item was included with a purchase over $75.

During the Holiday season (Nov. 1st - Dec. 25th), we will accept your return after 30 days as long as it is received by January 10th. A prepaid shipping label to return your merchandise will be provided at no charge for all orders over $75(free shipping both ways).

Free shipping on exchanges are only available via USPS Priority Mail within the United States, exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt. To process your exchange quickly, please send back an old item ASAP.


RETURN POLICY

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable. Credit will not be issued for the following:

  • All items purchased on sale.
  • Hair accessories.
  • Intimates, bodysuits or swimwear.

 

FREE PREPAID RETURNS ON ORDERS OVER $75 (USA + within 30 Days only)

To qualify for free return shipping, your return must arrive at PynkNylon within 30 business days of the date you received it. Please allow 7-day transit time.

  1. Have your order number ready and call us as soon as possible. After receiving the RMA number and return shipping label through e-mail, please securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address labels or carrier barcodes from package. 
  2. When returning footwear, do not use your shoe box as your shipping box.
  3. Affix the prepaid shipping label on the box.
  4. Drop off your package at a U.S. Postal Service mailbox, post office OR visit www.usps.com/pickup to arrange a free pickup.
  5. Please keep your RMA number for your records and tracking.
  6. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been processed. 
    Please allow 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be fully processed.

Please Note: Packages received at PynkNylon after 30 days will incur a $10 fee, which will be charged at the time of your return.


REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME

If your package arrives at PynkNylon within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 2-3 business days. You will be notified via e-mail to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from PynkNylon.


EXCHANGE

Since many of our products sell out fast, here is afast and easy way to get your exchange (exchanges can be made only for the same style otherwise we consider it as return and shipping charges will not be free).

  1. Place a new order online.
  2.  Contact customer service immediately. If you are ordering past our regular business hours, please e-mail us.
  3. **IMPORTANT**: Please write your old and new order number. 
                                   Write a name of an item you wish to exchange.  
  4. We will hold a new order until we receive your item and ship it FREE.
